Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a group of community volunteers responsible for reviewing and approving plans for any exterior changes or additions to the homes in the community. The ARC's primary purpose is to ensure that any changes or additions are consistent with the community's overall design and aesthetics. The Russell Gardens Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) require homeowners to apply to the ARC before making improvements to their lots. Members are appointed by the Board of Directors.

Landscape Committee

The Russell Gardens Landscape Committee (LC) is appointed by the Board of Directors to coordinate front-yard landscaping maintenance with homeowners and with a contractor hired by the board. The LC serves as a primary point of contact with the contractor, reviews homeowner proposals for significant changes to their front- and side-yard landscaping, and monitors plantings and irrigation systems in front yards and common areas.
