Russell Gardens is a 7.6-acre residential community in southwest Corvallis, OR. Legend Homes began construction in 2019 and completed it in 2023. Retirees, college students and families with children enjoy the peace, beauty, and walkways that Russell Gardens has to offer.

The Management Trust will assume professional management responsibility for our community on March 1st, 2024.
All homeowners should have received a welcome letter from The Management Trust in their physical mail and email. This letter contains instructions on how to sign up for the The Management Trust online portal, as well as a unique registration key used to create your account.
The Management Trust website will be your primary portal for account information and dues payments. You can visit it at this URL: https://my.managementtrust.com/ or via the “Member Portal” link in the menu above. The russellgardenshoa.com website will still be the primary source for all other Russell Gardens HOA information.
Community Rules
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) define the rights and responsibilities of homeowners and the Russell Gardens Homeowners Association. The RGHOA is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Oregon and operates according to its bylaws and the Oregon Planned Community Act.
