Russell Gardens is a 7.6-acre residential community in southwest Corvallis, OR. Legend Homes began construction in 2019 and completed it in 2023. Retirees, college students and families with children enjoy the peace, beauty, and walkways that Russell Gardens has to offer.

Community Rules
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) define the rights and responsibilities of homeowners and the Russell Gardens Homeowners Association. The RGHOA is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Oregon and operates according to its bylaws and the Oregon Planned Community Act.
